Have you forgotten anything on your journey?

It happens things get lost. We try our best to get the lost items back to their rightful owners.

Please write your ticket-ID along with your phone number and a full description of the item you have lost. The more details the better.

In some cases we have several busses for the same departure. In that case it will help a lot if you also give a short description of the bus you traveled in (for example "white double-decker" ect.)

If we find your item our customer service will contact you with more information on how to retrieve your item.

Please note that forgotten-items are stored for 1 month, from the date it arrives at our office. Items are only stored for longer if you have a pickup agreement.
